Absence hours not getting deducted from absence plan on non scheduled days
Summary:
Currently when employee enters their absence hours on a non-scheduled day (schedule duration is 0) , then the absence hours is not getting deducted from the absence plan balance. Oracle advised to create a fast formula which checks if the absences are deducted from the plan , if not then create an adjustment.
Has anyone come across such use case or currently have a fast formula to handle this
