23D Release Feature: Use Import Tools to Delete Item Structure Data

Hi

We would like to know more about the details of this change and how it will impact the business process flow.

Currently, here is the current process flow:

  • On items creation or update, PLM trigger would send payload to API Management. 
  • This payload would contain ECN, Items and BOMs information. Only single ECN would be pushed per payload. 
  • API Management will publish a REST API for PLM to push items payload. 
  • API Management will then push the items payload in json format to OIC. 
  • OIC will map, transform, apply business and data validations to create/update Items as well as BOMs in Oracle Cloud ERP.
