If a course is completed and the same course has been assigned from initiative level with assignment

Summary: If a course is completed and that course has expiry date also and the same course has been assigned from initiative level with assignment date in future let say in 2025 assignment date

because of advance rule which says course renewal should be prior 65 days of expiring the previous assignment

the course whose assignment date is 25/02/2025 does not appears in learners current learning why???? is it because of future date??
