Managing Bounce Back Emails
We are looking for ways to manage email bounce backs when assigning Surveys to a large group of employees. The purpose of this requirement will support the survey initiator in managing all bounce back emails (such as out of office bounce backs) and monitor and/or remove all individuals who will not be able complete the survey. The survey initiator will then be able to remove employees accordingly to ensure accurate results are captured.
Are there any reporting capabilities or workflow capabilities that will capture a list of employees, their email ID and the status of the email (delivered or bounce back)?
