Due dates where changed

Summary:

We have a lot of required trainings that had their due dates changed to the same 13 Dec 2023. No one here loaded anything on due dates for these trainings. Is there a setting that could of been adjusted to cause this? Support told me how to update those specific assignments, but not the root cause.
