Maps not loading when citrix VPN connected

There is an issue being faced by OTM login users who are connected through Citrix and the issue is that the OTM map is not loading for them.Citrix team would like to know the backend services being called for the Oracle Map Cloud Services for the OTM map. Once Citrix team has this information, they could try to unblock the map related services or investigate it from their side.
