INV_EXPENSE_TO_ASSET_TRANSFER = No vs Non-Asset subinv for InTransit Interorganization Transfers

With below setup:

- Inventory profile option INV_EXPENSE_TO_ASSET_TRANSFER is set No because we do not want to transfer from expense to asset subinventories.

- We work with both Direct and InTransit Interorganization Transfer. We do Subinventory Transfers as well.

We are facing below behaviour:

- Subinventory Transfer: We cannot transfer from NonAsset subinv to Asset subinv. When you select a NonAsset subinv for source then destination subinv LOV shows NonAsset subinvs only. Correct, that is what we expected.

- Direct Interorganization Transfer: We cannot transfer from NonAsset subinv to Asset subinv. When you select a NonAsset subinv for source then destination subinv LOV shows NonAsset subinvs only. Correct, that is what we expected. Notice, since it is Direct Interorganization, we have to populated both source and destination subinvs when creating the transaction.
