Required Serial and Lot Prompt at Putaway not in Receiving

Summary:

IN WMS, system will prompt batch and serial numbers at the time of first step of Receiving but business don't want this and they are looking this at the time of Putaway. In current fusion system, it is happening at the time of putaway. Any Feasibility in WMS cloud
