Not able to see in progress specialization as a manager

Hi All,

As a manager I want to see direct reportees enrollment details, if they has specialization then there could be 4 to 5 courses within the specialization. So as a manager I want to see which courses within a specialization are in-progress, not-started, or in completed status. But I am not able to see.

Please suggest if anyone faced this similar issue before.
