Why are the Funding Pattern error distributions results not viewable?

Summary:

We are using Funding Patterns. When we create a requisition and click the Distribute Project Cost button we get the ERROR The distribution of project costs wasn't completed for 1 or more distributions. View the results for more details. (POR-2011111). There are no reasons for the distribution error shown.
