Data Management in Planning does not understand comma as decimal for loaded data

Hi All

We are having this issue :

PBCS: Loading Data With Comma(,) as a Decimal Separator Through Data Management Fails to Load it to Target Planning Application (Doc ID 2382027.1) under the current version of Planning 23.11.

Can someone let me know if this is still a limitation or is there a way to load data with the comma decimal? From what I see is that the system rounds the decimal to the nearest value and does not understand the delimiter even though it is setup in the application settings.
