Item cross reference and Fusion Item number not visible together in Sales Order line

Hi

We want to use customer item cross reference. It does work and we are able to do keyword search with customer item number. However the issue is that when we type customer item cross reference in SO line the system convert to fusion item number. We need to show both , Fusion item number ( lets say 999) as well as cross reference item number (lets say 333) post saving the sales order. There is no column available to show cross reference item number.

Is there any setup to achieve this. It is very important for us to have visibility for both item numbers
