EDMCS Extract Not Populating All Data

Hi all,

I am trying to automate exporting and importing metadata from EDMCS and into TRCS using rest APIs. So, the connection in TRCS is set up as a Global Connection meaning I need to set up an extract job that pulls all the metadata we need and send it over to the TRCS inbox. I am able to send the file over and everything with no issue, it's just that the extract job isn't populating data for the Parent column for a few members. In the file I've attached, I've highlighted the cells in the parent column that are missing data.
