Mass assign SR that have not been assigned to a resource

Summary:

Currently we have many SRs that are in a queue but have not been assigned to a resource, a change will be made in the capacity of some resources so that they can be assigned to those SRs, however on previous occasions the SRs are not assigned automatically when these changes are made. Is there a way to do this massive SR allocation?
