Unable to Find Employees in Search Box
Summary:
For the role of HRBP, the search box is not giving any result when searching employees. For example when initiating Termination, Transfer, Promote or for Document Record.
We have set the Security criteria ( kindly refer the picture below). We also referred to Doc ID 2762538.1 and scheduled 2 processes mentioned : 1)Update Person Search Keywords and 2) Correct Employment Data Integrity Issues. Still facing the same problem.
Can someone guide what is going wrong here.
