Create multiple rules under Ruleset calculation manager

Summary:

We want to create multiple rules under a rulesets, but I am unable to do so. The requirement is to run following business rules from oracle FCCS Application, instead of running via EPM Automate command. Please advice.

1. Run Consolidate for specific Period, Year, Entity, and Scenario
2. Run Eliminations for specific Period, Year, Entities and Scenario
3. Run Consolidate Step 2 Entities where Eliminations was run
4. Run Consolidate for specific Period, Year, Entity, and Scenario
