Update the Item Cost Profile from Expense profile to Asset Profile

Hi All.

Our Customer want to change the cost profile for items from Expense cost profile to Asset cost Profile.

We have MRO items which are defined as expense items (Inventory Asset Flag=No) and cost method as standard.

But, customer want to change this as asset item and cost method as average cost .

With the above requirements, we did below changes

a) Create new cost profile with average costing for asset item

b) Completed Account alias issue to remove the existing on-hand against items (expense items)

b) Run the Costing jobs

c) Update the inventory Asset Flag = Yes for the items. Item is changed to Asset Item.
