Absence type in time card entrie

edited Dec 8, 2023 9:05AM in Workforce Management 8 comments

Summary: There is a requirement to fetch the Absence type column in time card entries but in backend the value is not falling for the persons as Absence type is there for those persons in frontend. As we have tried to fetch this column in BIP and tried through the absence tables but ID is not falling so we are not able to link the absence type with time card entries. we have also tried this in OTBI by using timecard subject area but value is not falling there either.

So we need to know it's a configuration issue that value is coming in frontend but not in backend or it's a logical issue as we are using the right query.

Howdy, Stranger!
