There are assignment changes on the same date as 5Dec2023 global transfer date that will be deleted.

Hi Experts,

We have performed a transaction on employee record which is Reorganization (change employment) with effective date as 5 Dec 2023 and transaction is completed.

Now when we are trying to do global transfer on employee record with same effective date of 5 Dec 2023, we are getting a warning message "There are assignment changes on the same date as the 5-Dec-2023 global transfer date that will be deleted. (PER-1532098)" while we are performing the transaction.

If we proceed further with this transaction then, the previous assignment changes (Reorganization) are getting deleted from employee’s record.

Is there any alternate solution or delivered functionality which will allow us to perform multiple actions on employee’s record with same effective date.
