Check in Reference Doclet to fix cut off embedded tables? Narrative Reporting package issue.

Has anyone run into this issue? We keep having to check out/check back in the excel SmartView reference doclet as a last step, even though we make zero changes to it, in order to get our embedded tables to not cut off in our word doclet/package.

Generally, the user makes changes to the excel doclet that houses the named ranges/tables, uploads and checks in, then makes changes as necessary to the word doclet in which the tables are embedded, then uploads and checks those in. At that point, (or in some cases, just running a random package after making no changes), the embedded tables look cut off.
