A big thank you to the support engineers in the Learning module
While this community is meant for discussions with the wider group, I wanted to sneak in a big thank you to the support engineers in Oracle Support who handle the service requests for Oracle Fusion Learning Management Cloud Service.
After having worked with Oracle support for over 15 years, I have noticed that the learning team is head and shoulders above compared to other modules. I have had several bugs in Oracle Learn identified through service requests I raised in the last 2 months. Each time, I got specific questions from the engineers which highlighted their depth of knowledge on the product in addition to the speed with which they responded.
