can we restrict to run the oracle epm pipeline not to run simultaneously

I have an EPM pipeline created for the month-end process to orchestrate the process. If in case anyone by mistake executes the pipeline again while there is a pipeline running I can see the second process as running or keeping on hold and later if the first job succeeds then the second process also succeeds and provides the same log as the first one.

For example, I'm executing a month-end process for FY23 and while this pipeline is in progress, I have initiated another process to execute for FY22 I see the FY22 process is on hold till FY23 is completed and once done the second process as well completes with FY23 logs.
