Not able to see option to 'Escalate' approval for PO as a Buyer/PO Creator

Not able to see option to 'Escalate' approval for PO as a Buyer/PO Creator while clicking on any 'Pending Approval' PO workflow. Is it purposefully not available in PO Approval or it is something which can be enabled? Please see attached screenshot.
