Managing Students' packages with a DX NSLDS code
Over the last couple of months we have noticed an influx of NSLDS records with status code of DX (Defaulted, Satisfactory Arrangements, and Six Consecutive Payments). This has caused packages to be blocked with an error of PARAMETER 'A' CANNOT BE NULL
. We have been working with our NSLDS representative to understand why we have been seeing these more frequently than we have in the past.
While we work to gain an understanding from NSLDS and towards an SFA fix to unblock packages, there is a workaround that can be done to progress students at this point.
