Qualification sick leave plan with Rolling forward calculates incorrectly
I am facing an issue in Qualification plan for Absence configuration.
For Saudi Labor law, the sick leave calculation should start from the first instance of the sick leave and the plan term
is calculated accordingly.
For Ex: An EE is hired on 04/Mar/2023..he takes the first sick leave on 10/Jul/2023..So his plan terms are as below:
1st plan term: 10/07/2023 - 09/07/2024
2nd plan term: 10/07/2024 - 09/07/2025
..and so on and so forth.
I have used the following set up:
Type : Rolling forward feature
Start Rule : Absence start date
Term Duration : 365
UOM : Days
Qualification Details:
30days@100%
60days@75%
Rest@0%
