After promoting the manager FTE is not updating

Hi Team ,

I made an update to an employee’s record to promote them from an Assistant General Manager to a General Manager and noticed that the FTE field did not update. For an AGM it should be 1.38 but when they are moved to a GM it should go to 1. Can you look into this please?
