How to inherit values from attributes of goals in goal library when assigning goals to the employee?

Summary:

When we try loading goals to the goal plan of an employee, we are able to choose goals from the goal library, but they don't inherit the values from their attributes

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Through HSDL, we are able to choose goals from the goal library to assign them to the individual goal plan of the employee; however, when we do this, it only inherits the name (Value) of the goal (Item), and the other attributes listed in the picture below. So, it doesn't take Category, Start Date, Available To, and other attributes (Custom fields as well). How can we make it inherit these other values from the library?

Howdy, Stranger!
