Why suggested due date is not calculated using Lead time in Supply chain planning (Fusion)

Planning (Fusion) - (Supplies & Demands screen) is not considering given lead time for the item when calculating "Suggested due date" for the requisition it created on releasing planned order. However, it works for other item. Do you know the reason, why? Thank you.
