Is there any possibilities to get changed attributes in assignment page ?

There is no table used to generate Assignment history, it is generated by the framework based on some logic that compares new values with the old ones. There are changes to the attributes of an object compared with the previous date-effective and sequence records in per_all_Assignments_m and this how the information in this screen is displayed. Is there any possibilities to get changed attributes in assignment page ?
