We noticed a learning process show up on our scheduled process that we have never seen before, and don't recall anything mentioned about this in the quarterly feature releases. A team member who is not on our HR teams had triggered this process called: Process Learning Access, Assignments, Content, and Notifications

Can someone explain what triggering this process performs? Also, is there a way to trigger this process on another UI and not directly within the Scheduled Process area?

Our permanent scheduled process for learning from 23A with Activity Sequencing turned on is the following:

  1. Process User Access
  2. Process Learning Records
