OIC Logging Solution

Summary:

We are currently looking at solutions for retaining OIC activity streams and payloads outside of OIC.

If we use the OCI Logging Service for this, are there any additional costs, like licenses or other fees? Are we able to store payloads in OCI?

Has anyone setup a solution using the OIC REST API calls to get the activity stream data and then storing it in an external database?
