Does GOP consider subinventory level lead times?

Does GOP consider subinventory level lead times?

We can define the subinventoy level lead times. We observed that these are not considered by GOP. The business use case is that, if items are available in a particular subinventory, then it takes a certain amount of time (days) to ship the material. I understand the same can be achieved with item level post processing lead time but it would mean having the lead times defined for each item. Hence, client is wondering if subinventory level lead times can be considered to meet this requirement.
