Need clarification on two identity doamin being used

Hi Team,


Our customer is working on SCM implementation as a phase 2 project, Project team mentioned that customer has 2 identity domain- 1 for Fusion cloud and other one for OIC.

Project team also mentioned that it will be a challenge Managing security with VBCS if we don't have single domain.


-So we want your help if our customer has 2 domain? how to check this.

-Why there were two domains? i mean based on what conditions we choose two domain? any documentation that can help us?

-If having single domain for ERP and OIC is recommended?

-Any impact of having single domain?
