family and emergency contact error while there is another transaction under approval route

I opened a SR informing that I was facing an error when trying to add a new contact, after adding another one (there is a transaction under approval)

The answer in the SR was:

"In the documentation is stated that this error will occur if any transaction is already in Pending.

The best practice is to not add a contact (or any other transaction if it's on the same page) if there is already one in Pending.
