Client SSO preventing ability to login into other environments in Smartview

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Past client installed SSO for FCCS app and SV. Am now unable to login into Smartview for our internal environment. Another colleague on same client is experiencing the same issue. We think it is related to the Client SSO that was used to login to SV. Have colleague that did not have Client SSO installed and can access the internal URL in SV without issue. Have tried deleting all URLs , deleting and reinstalling SV but am still unable to login into SV. Have also cleared Cache for both Edge
