We have an OTBI Report developed using Learning Records Real Time subject area to show questions and employee responses. We are unable to show the comments entered in the highlighted fields in the OTBI report. We have tried Comments (under Post-Active Details folder), Response and Response Text columns but it doesn't give the results. Does anyone know which field to use to show comments in the OTBI report?

I have also included how the learning team has configured the comments in the questionnaire.
