Using plain Subject Area with only 3 fields and no filter is retrieving just a few closed SR

Hi,

In our TEST instance, I'm using the subject are "Help Desk - HR Service Request Summary" to list the number of SRs by status and agent

but is providing far few results compared to the number of SR that we manage.

The report does not have any filter or constrains at all.

In PROD, the same simple report is not getting me any data at all

Attached is the "Archive" of the report
