Summary:

1. Do we have a delivered BIP report/dashboard for this feature? Which displays the employee name, skill, and proficiency rating. Also delivered report to show submitted employee skills and manager added skills.

2. We have tried adding developing skills (ones under the heart) and attained skills (ones under the horn) using an employee (Me > Skills Center) and gave ratings to some skills. We ran the processes to see if these will appear on the Team Skills Center, but unfortunately they didn't. Are there any other jobs we can run or enable option/s to see the skills added by the employee to manager's Team Skills Center? Currently, we can only see the assigned skills of the manager.
