Required Learning Assignments are in the Skipped Assignments
Summary:
We have a learning specialization which are automatically assigned to new employee. However only 3 learning are assigned to the employee and the 8 learnings are on skipped assignments. I have also run the 'Process Learning Records' but the 8 learning was not assigned again its on the skipped assignment page again.
