How to Manage a cross reference type at master level

Hello, we have the cross reference type BB - Barcode and we have to move it from local level (shop models) to AMPL.

But we need this to be visible for all local SHMD countries associated in the item.

test case of ITEM: HA102830

UK000SHMD -> REMOVED THE Barcode -> 5708296210046 in PH and added in AMPL LEVEL.

The Applicable Organization is ALL instead the local shop model in shop model. How we can change this visibility?

In AMPL we should see it as ALL

In UK000SHMD, we must see UK000SHMD

In BE000SHMD, we must see BE000SHMD and so on.
