Data load mapping: Two lines showing under All mapping type instead of Like- how did that happen?

Summary:

We use "Like" mapping type for all of ARCS. Two lines have appeared under type "All" for one of the administrators.

How did that occur? We always go to like tab and update add/change mapping from there. I have since deleted the two lines, but wondering how they managed to get into an All type.
