Hi,

We have requirement as of below,facing issue as Incorrect Seniority Date Shown For Employees with Length of service less than 1 year

I have attached the catalog file and a few screenshots for you to look over and provide the solution for this issue.

Requirement

Fast Formula will calculate the based on the Latest Hire Date. The fast formula will consider the ENTERPRISE_SENIORITY_PL once the date has reached one year of service the employee will eligible to receive the matching contribution the following first day of the following quarter.

PLAN_ENTRY_SENIORITY = One Year Latest Hire Date + First day of the following Quarter
