How to configure progressive loading in List View?

Content : "I aim to implement a loader display when the list is initially empty, along with the relevant components for showcasing data or presenting a 'no items' message within a List View. Note:  The skeleton effect is displaying by default for SDP data which is shown above in the Image(Without following the Jet Cookbook's demo), are we able to achieve the skeleton effect, when utilizing ADP data, despite encountering a "no items" message during the loading process?
