Course completion certificate error ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined - is this a bug?

Summary:

When viewing the standard course completion certificate we are receiving an error ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined. this has been checked in multiple environments. 

Navigation: 

Reports and analytics > Browse catalogue > Human Capital management > Learning > Course certificate > error is generated.
