Sweep Receivables Transactions to Another Period Process does not show invalid transaction

I ran Sweep Receivables Transactions to Another Period in review mode, Sep-23 to Oct-23. This didn’t find any transactions to sweep. It did however kick off Create Receivables Accounting. Is Create Receivables Accounting is part of this process to run?

Then I ran Sweep Receivables Transactions to Another Period in sweep mode, from period Sep-23 to Oct-23. Again, this didn’t find any transactions to sweep. And again it kicked off Create Receivables Accounting. But we do have incomplete transaction where no distribution updated.

After that i tried to run Sweep Invalid and Unposted Distributions Report as per 23C release update but unable to find this report in ESS job. "Use the Sweep Invalid and Unposted Distributions Report to review the invalid transactions in the Close Pending accounting period. The report contains a Summary section and a Details section:
