Can the Line Manager view future dated document records

Summary:

Are line managers able to see future dated document records (DOR), for example a document that was created for a future dated termination as at 31-DEC-2023? We have tried to use the date range filter but are unable to pick up the document.

The HR Specialist can view this future dated DOR.
