Need a way to split shipment lines and ship confirm existing shipments in cloud fusion

Summary:

Our Requirement is as follows:

Every time cloud (with appropriate API calls) receives a shipped OBLPN signal (with shipment header and line details) it should fetch the pre existing shipment header and lines and should split the shipment line based on below logic:

  • 1st split line (status- ready to release/released to warehouse): requested qty = original line req qty - LPN shipped Qty (or Backorder Qty)
  • 2nd split line (status- interfaced): requested qty = LPN shipped qty (or Backorder Qty)

- The 2nd split line gets a new shipment line nbr in cloud

- The 1st split line retains the old shipment line number in cloud
