Reconcile learning assignments to updated Advanced Rules
Summary:
Apologies if already asked, i've had a look but couldn't see anything that represented what we are trying to achieve.
We currently have a mandated learning course that has the advanced rule set to have a validity period of 4 years. We are now wanting to change this to 2 years, and wanting to update the existing learning assignments that are already assigned (future dated) to employees.
Is there a way to do this via a scheduled process so that the existing learning assignments update to have the expiry period set as 2 years? We are not using activity sequencing or redwood at this moment in time.
