Person spotlight actions missing after MSS quick actions made hidden via Structure Tool

Hi All, we have made few quick actions hidden for line manager self service via Structure personalisation (Ex: Add direct reports, add assignment & Promotions) and later I realised the exact same actions went missing from person spotlight employement info actions list!!


Although I am accessing person spotlight from HR's login.

  1. So, the issue is we are struggling to hide some actions from Manager serf service because the structure tool method is impacting Person spotlight.
  2. When I try to hide those buttons from MSS by removing privileges from the line manager role - Manager still able to see the buttons but can't take any action on it.
