Business Event for Return Order Line in Awaiting Receiving Status

Summary:

Is there a business event we can subscribe to in OIC that is generated when a return order is created and the line status is set to Awaiting Receiving? We want to automate invoking the ESS jobs by subscribing to a business event, rather than having to create a SQL query to return all the lines in this status as part of a schedule.
